Making A Purchase
Making a purchase from our site is a very simple process, just browse the store and then add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click the "checkout" icon. You will then be asked to fill out a few details, which are needed to process your order.
You can pay by credit card; we accept Visa or MasterCard, debit cards, cheques, postal orders and Pay Pal. We do not charge you for any item until it is ready to be shipped. This includes items that are back ordered. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and snail mail or securely over the Internet.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
Confirmation emails of orders indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. The contract exists once we are in acceptance of your order, which will be indicated by us sending you the invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event of a mistake in price including goods that have been inadvertently under priced, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. For commissioned items, a 25% deposit will be required before work on the piece commences. To ensure you are completely satisfied at every stage of the process, a progress report with photographs will be sent to you by email at each stage of development, for your approval.

Orders delivered within the UK are free of charge. For Northern Ireland and the rest of the world, please contact us for delivery charges.
Delivery Schedule
Orders we have in stock will be delivered immediately, normally within 3 - 5 working days. International orders are generally delivered in less than 5 working days. Airmail orders take 2 - 8 weeks, subject to distance. In the case of commissioned work you will be notified when your order is ready to be sent.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock we will give you an estimation of when it will be dispatched. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
